AirSeed collects personal information as defined by the APPs, which could include your name and your contact details, such as email, telephone, and address. We may also collect information about how you access, use and interact with the website.

  • technical data, which may include IP address, the types of devices you are using to access the website, device attributes, browser type, language and operating system.

How does AirSeed collect personal information?

AirSeed will generally collect your personal information directly from you during the course of business. We may collect personal information about you from third parties. If so, we will inform you as and when practicable of this collection and the circumstances of this collection.

Who will AirSeed disclose your personal information to and why?

AirSeed will not disclose any personally identifiable information we collect from you unless we have your prior consent. We will otherwise only report the information you provide in an aggregate form that will not personally identify you. We will not disclose any personal information or personally identifiable research information to a third party for a purpose other than conducting our business unless we have your express prior consent or are required to do so by an Australian law or court/tribunal order. We do not collect or process personal data that is considered "Sensitive Personal Information" under the GDPR, such as personal information relating to your sexual orientation or ethnic origin unless we have obtained explicit consent, or if it is being collected subject to and in accordance with the GDPR. AirSeed may collect Usage Data including information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (i.e. IP address), browser type, browser version, the website pages that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

How does the website keep Personally Identifiable Information secure?

All AirSeed employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorised Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password in order to gain access to the information.
